Welcome to Fernandez MD, PA

Dr. Enrique C. Fernandez has cared for patients in his community-based private practice in Miami since 2003. He is board certified in Family Medicine and in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and also holds board certification in Acupuncture.

Alongside his practice he has served Kendall Regional Hospital as Chairman of the Family Medicine Department and Chief of Medical Staff, sat on the Kendall Hospital Board of Trustees, and has taught residents and medical students at Kendall Regional, Westchester General Hospital and the FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine.

He earned his medical degree in Havana, Cuba, completed his Family Medicine residency in Chicago, where he served as Chief Resident, and holds an MBA from the University of Miami.
